Our physiotherapist, Melissa, is a level 1 certified TPI physiotherapist that is trained to assess how the body moves in relation to the physical demands of golf.
As a physiotherapist, her role is not to coach or modify your golf swing. Instead, she focus’ on identifying physical limitations—such as mobility restrictions, strength deficits, or movement control issues—that may influence how your body moves during the swing.
Golf is a repetitive, rotational sport that places specific demands on the body. Limitations in areas such as hip mobility, thoracic spine rotation, or core stability can contribute to inefficient movement patterns, decreased performance, or increased stress on certain joints and tissues.
Not at all. TPI assessments are appropriate for all skill levels—from beginners to experienced golfers.
